Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• This return and refund policy is applicable to the Microsoft Xbox Controller purchased directly from our company or an authorized retailer.
• To be eligible for a return or refund, the Xbox Controller must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product.
• The controller must not have any physical damage, such as scratches, dents, or signs of tampering.

Return Period:

• We offer a return period of 1-2 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you may return the Xbox Controller for any reason.
• After the return period has expired, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing the returned Xbox Controller.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the controller back to us, unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned Xbox Controller and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 3-4 days of receiving the product.
• The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
