Simplify cleanup
The robot is friendly to all ages, easy to use and control via virtual assistants* or the iRobot Home app. You can command the robot in English, for example: “Roomba, clean under the kitchen table.” (Roomba, clean up under the kitchen table).

iRobot Roomba j7 Plus maps the home for more accurate and efficient navigation. Easily move and clean small, narrow areas such as walls and under cabinets. When the battery is low, Smart Recharge and Resume allows the robot to charge itself and return to work when fully charged.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or refunding the Roomba Robot Vacuum j7+. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• This return and refund policy is applicable to the Roomba Robot Vacuum j7+ purchased directly from our company or an authorized retailer.
• To be eligible for a return or refund, the robot vacuum cleaner must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product.
• The robot vacuum cleaner must not have any physical damage, such as scratches or dents, caused by misuse or mishandling.

Return Period:

• We offer a return period of 1 week from the date of purchase. During this period, you may return the Roomba Robot Vacuum j7+ for any reason.
• After the return period has expired, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing the returned Roomba Robot Vacuum j7+.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the robot vacuum cleaner back to us unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned Roomba Robot Vacuum j7+ and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
• The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
